Java game Problem

Im very new to linux phones and I am having issues with java apps. All the Games I install require button taps or the ability to tap commands on the screen yet my phone does not respond with anything more than the 5 way pad.

Is there a way to use the touchscreen or use other buttons to play games?

Not all Java games are compatible with the A1200. You have to find some of them that are compatible with touch screen phones or others that don't require tapping on buttons.
