    Default New Firmware 08p

THe A1200 has just released in India. Phones here are using 08P firmware. I do not own an A1200 yet am planning to buy one on Wednesday and hoepfully will try to acquire the 08P firmware too.

    Thanks for the update !!

To be honest though, I'm really satisified with the 06p. Unless there're some revoluntionary changes (like changing the video recording quality), I don't plan on flashing the phone.

Hey guys anyone knows how to increase the stored number of missed calls, dialed calls etc ... currently it just stores 8 numbers in each ... Also How can I added those stored calls directly to the address book.

BTW I also got a new A1200 just 2 days back when it was launched in India and I have 08p firmware too.

I don't know what the technical aspects of increasing the call history but I do know that my phone stores upwards of 50 recent dialed/missed/answered calls. I'm running 06p. Maybe it depends on your provider? I'm not quite sure.

there is a seem edit that is possible, that will enable you to store up to fifty recent calls...

    I used P2KTools...

the fix is actually a seem edit for other Moto fones, the V360, L7 SLVR, etc. But i tried it on my Ming and it works fine...
