Alarm not working pls Help!

Hi,
I just bought a new ming, and just found out a few days later the alarm on the phone doesnt work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

What ringstyle do you have? If its on silent it will not work. Also edit the loud setting to make sure the alarm has a tone selected.

yes my ringing profile is on loud and i have selected a alarm tone but still doesnt not work

i guess flash the phone, or do a master clear or reset if you dont want to do a flash.
