Default Incoming Call Problems - Rogers Network

Hiyo, recently got a package addon which includes "call display + voice mail + who called" well the phone had everything but who called (which lets me know if my phone is off, who calls via an sms when i turn the phone back on) and well since i got that addon i dont recive any calls. The phone doesnt ring and im guessing the call is directed to voicemail and i recive a txt stating the number of the call missed.

i was reading that this has happend to some ppl on the fido network but it happens with caller id? and well my caller id has worked really well.

any help would be much appreciated.

if anything i might need to cancle the "who called" feature but i dont really wanna. lol.

Its the name display feature of call display that causes this same problem, maybe make sure that is disabled on your account. I don't have the who called feature so it may be that but I would make sure the name display is disabled before canceling who called.
    Grant.

wait a minute, are you able to see the 'number' that's calling you at least? or are we talking about 'name' here?

Caller ID works just fine on rogers, I never signed up for the Who called or anything like that and I have never had an issue.

The who called feature is a text message that is sent AFTER every call you miss. It's by far the most annoying feature ever created, and for some reason the A1200 won't ring if the feature is enabled. Caller ID works just fine.
