    hello i just wanted to know if i can install the new messenger to the A1200 MOTOROLA cel phone. and if i can do it, can you please explain e how?

    Which new messenger you are referring to? if you indicate the one for Windows then of course you can't install it on the phone.

    in regards to installing windows messenger, i dont belive it will work. Linux on the A1200 only runs java files and a few others.

    Windows Messenger is only valid on windows based systems.

    Also, what happend to the Msn Messenger that came preloaded with your phone?

    The 06h firmware doesn't have MSN preloaded...

    But take a look in the download section, there are msn messenger client's. Ik got mine from there..

    Im sorry for the bad english because i speak spanish, i already downloas the messenger, but how i install it??

    copy the two files to your transflash card, then just click on the JAD file.

    You can install by just using the JAR file, but if you install with the JAD it will set it as a trusted application and you wont get it asking for permission to use the network everytime you connect.

    I have another problem, when the flip is closed, and somebody call me i can“t see who is calling, unless i open the flip, what i have to do????

    does the screen light up at all or do anything?

    If somebody call nothing happen, but if i press the side buttons the screen ligths up
