    Default Volume & Flashing Newbie

Just bought my A1200 the other day, install a bunch of stuff like Anyview, MPKG & LinLoader, expanded memory, No sound for Camera, etc....

    1) However, with regarding volume on speaker (receiving, not outgoing), is there a difference in volume between different versions?

    2) What version is mine?? Is the 46p generice louder than my current version?

    BP: R532h2_G_11.20.06PB
    PFlex: GSZHANT676TP013D
    SP: 631F1F00Technology

I know that with yan_0's volume adjustable file can increase the volume of the speaker, however, I really prefer if my A1200 stays debranded.

I am currently NOT receiving a text message when I check VM.

    hello,
I hope your enjoying your phone!
    Anyway to answer your questions,
    1. None of them have a volume increase, although some people have said that 46p was better then some.. I honestly dont hear a difference. The only way to increase volume i believe is with yano's mod. Look that up here in the forum. But like you said you would need the 53p china-mobile which you dont want..
    2. your firmware is a rare one. Its one of two new tracks of firmware that are released recently. I dont know the difference or anything but thats all i really know. sorry...
If i were you i would stay with the version you have right now until someone comes up with a modd for your firmware.
    Hang tight!

Thank you for the info, Alpha... understood now.
But to be honest, other than the volume on the phone, everything else is perfect for the A1200...

I second you on that. The firmware ure using is the same as mine, I shld say its the most stable, unproblematic one so far. Other than the volume. So I decided to go yan0's 53 bcoz volume is very important.

Ok, here is the volume fix.
Currently only tested with the .06p firmware.
Please let me know if it works with other firmwares if you try it.
