Phone is restarting ;/

I've already posted regarding this problem a while back.
Thought that flashign to a new fw will solve it, however, after flashign to 46p.
The phone is still restarting ;/ It happens once in two days or so, and never happend during me using it, but it does happen, i caught it several times while it's showing the motorola splash screen.
What could it be? a bad battery maybe? the last thing i want to do is ship it over China to get it fixed ;/
Please advice..
I don't care that it restarts, the only thing the bothers me is that i have to restart the blue tooth everytime, and it annoys, if there is a way to make the phone auto start the bluetooth, i don't mind it's restarts.

I think, but I'm not 100% sure, that restarting problems are mostly due to power problems (faulty battery or charger), so in your case I might guess that it's the battery.

also i noticed this.. i dont know if this concerns you.. but i notice that when i have no signal the phone restarts by its-self. I had t-mobile and whenever i had no service in the office it would constantly restart... So what did i do? Now i have cingular! hahaha now no problem what-so ever. But it also may be the battery. buy another one and see what happens.

hehe, cool, do you think that phone might restart when no reception? interesting.
i'm also with cingular, however, in my house there is poor reception because of the ceiling. anywho, i will try to grab another battey, any suggested place to buy one?
