Sorry if this was addressed somewhere else, as I couldn't find it from searching.
Just got my MING yesterday (THANK YOU TBFB!), flashed it with the 46P firmware, and have been setting everything up to work with Cingular and came across this interesting issue. Just as a preface, phone operations, web operations, and SMS operations are all working just fine.
In testing the MMS setup, I opted to send myself a message with an embedded image. It was a 320x240 jpg on the transflash card that I have as a background, sized around 11k. The message sends out just fine, and the message is received just fine, so initially I thought all was good. The thing is, though, that the image in the received message is only about 2.5k and is EXTREMELY small. I mean, I could lay a stamp over the screen and you'd cover the image with plenty of stamp left over small. I've been trying to find out if there is some setting or option somewhere that I might need to change that is forcing a resize, or if maybe it is a provider thing. Any ideas?
