I purchased a set on ebay and they would skip like crazy. About every 10 sec or something like that. I then bit the bullet and purchased a set from Bestbuy and they are perfect. I will tell you this the set I got from ebay dont look anything like the ones from Bestbuy. They look fake or something. I can post some pics of the bestbuy ones if anybody would like.

Yeah, please do post a pic. I think it would help our members out there interested in HT820.

I've noticed differences in looks also from the ones on Ebay to the others offered.

I do not want to buy another pair but I have heard of people updating the firmware inside the phone. So I am looking for the firmware to flash my headphones

I just flashed my HT820 with new firmware to fix the skip problem. According to the info, any HT820 with serial number 948A, 948B or 948C may have the skip problem. Mine is a 948A and the flash indeed fixed the problem. The flash instructions I got in the patch is in Chinese though, so I don't know if it is much help to you. I can translate into English and upload, anyone want that HT820 firmware patch?
