I'm receiving an error when trying to install the RSDLite 2.7. I've tried version 3.2 and it shows the same error.

A window pops up and says: Default drive of D: detected; RSD program can only be installed on C: drive. RSD program installation will abort.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    Thanks,
    Chapman

  4. Default Phone has limited capabilities after flashing...

I have an a1200r with cingular service.

I flashed it to Mischka's 30p/46p hybrid using RSDLite 3.2. The original firmware was 25p. RSDLite says it passed but when the phone restarts itself, it has the crystal background, I can't access the icon that let's you get into the file manager, etc; the contacts icon doesn't do anything; the compose and dialpad icons are unresponsive as well. There is also no antenna activity indicating I am connected to a tower. I tried to turn the antenna off/on but when I change it to off (accessed by touching that bar that include the battery indicator) I get the message the TAPI server is unavailable and another message the system is busy. I also have the outline of a battery with a redline through it, no matter how long I put it on a charger. I also never received any prompts from windows to install any driver's and using the motorola driver installer doesn't seem to do anything. It just tells me all drivers are up to date.

How can I fix this? By flashing back to an original 25p or what? I'd love to have the fixes the monsterpack is supposed to fix.

    Thanks for your time.

You used the wrong flashfile: Hybrid firmware doesn't work on A1200r. Just flash again with 30p_C2 fw and you'll be fine
If your phone is not recognized by RSDlite now use the three button method to start it in MBM mode.

    Hello Mischka,

i did just that and everything seemed to work fine. I was also finally able to fix the voicemail bug by using hyperterminal. Prior to flashing this phone, I had enabled EDGE. I can't seem to re-enable it now after flashing to 30p. Is there a way to do that?

  7. Default Buggy 57P

Hi to All...This is my first post in this Forum...
I recently bought my Black Ming for 4 days and realized that My FW is at 57P...My problem with this FW is that when the Status Battery is Low, it gets Hang or most likely it won't react when I tapped the TouchScreen.
This is really bugged me...cos I used to have E680i flashed to E680G (C5AEP) and it so bloody fast in opening Files and never found any single Bugs...

    - So, if there's any suggestion What FW should I Flash My MING?

    - And I already got RSD LITE Version 3.0, is it OK to use it?
(Cos I put my MING in MBM, and my RSD recognized it as something like...Bulvedre)

-I've downloaded 46P, 08P, and 59P, which one is the most stable?
(Regarding my 57P is soooo Buggy and not very good on Signal...)

Sorry for my poor English, cos I come from INDONESIA

THANK YOU ALL...and MOD SAFE....viva MFC....

    Thanks....

Sir I am newbie to this forum and I have this A1200r with me and the problem is __the upper menu locked, battery charging locked and without signal__

I do not know how can I get it's version but I think I can no longer get it since I have a disabled menu, however whenever I press the power on button with the joystick and the voice record button, here's what it displays,

    FLASH_KEY_PRESS
    Boot Module:
    BOOT_G_00.0215R_HAINAN

    MBM FLASH MODE

Sir, what flash file can I use here so as to avoid other serious damages.

Thanks in Advance for any replies......
