Default What Data Package to get from T MO?

    Hello all.

Next week i'm getting my A1200.

I have already signed over to T - MO, but not yet got a data package.

I was told I can call that in later.

My question is what price ranges are there for data from T MO?

The people at T MO were anything but helpfull when it came to this question.

I want to be able to surf the net, I mean all web sites possible, and with no additonal costs, just unlimited.

I'm not interested in Wifi, because this phone has none.

Also I was told that a message sent via MSN would cost extra, is that tru?

Thank you for a great site.

    Welcome aboard!

You should be fine with just T-Zones.

As for MSN, I'm not sure about the answer, but I dont think you'd get charged per message or anything like that, its not SMS or MMS.

If you have T-Zones with it, you'll should be fine.

It should take a few hours for your data service to kick in (up to 24), if you actually call t-mobile they can walk you through inputting all those settings, (which are 100% identical to those above).

Input port 8080 instead of 9201 tho so you can use Google maps Opera mini etc...

If you do call there is apparently 3 echelons of technical service. aside from the waitng, everyone is very personable.

I downloaded emsn, for free, because that version that came with the phone would not work for me.

I even tried the latest version of that same program, bu still no luck.

With emsn it still would not work, till I made a new profile and changing the port to 9201.

Then emsn worked for me at least.

Even after I changed the port to 9201 the version of msn that came with the ming still would not work, go figure.

Hey anyone know how to use yahoo messenger with the ming?

I like yahoo much better than msn.

    Thank for any info.
