It is said that 2gb cards dont work on any phone yet.. Also motorola would have to come out with a new firmware to support it. So its pretty useless to any of us for now..

well you cant use a 2gb mini card anyway.. the phone only uses micro/transflash sd cards... I think you might of ordered the wrong card.

Absolutely right, bought wrong card... oh well, bouhg 1GB transflash now...

btw, these transflash cards use different format that SD cards? I posted another article about errors that show up on dmesg when I mount the phone. I tried mounting the card on my MMC adapter on my linux laptop and coult not mount it at all...
