Funny thing is..I was just thinking about this the other day after I saw a commercial for Verizon and their V3C that has Nav on it now.
I'd love to be able to find a program that integrates talking directions.
Anyone have any experience with these?

actually it's supposed to be on the V3m :P ... but i suppose they have it on a bunch of their phonesOriginally Posted by V.Razr.X
I've been using the TomTom software/hardware for a couple of years now with my pocketpc (HP 5555).
Google has a java based gps program that I've downloaded, but can't test right now.
My gps receiver is bluetooth, but is on the fritz. As soon as I get it fixed and can test the google program I'll post here.
Anyone else?
I will make a GPS application which can render map from GPS data for any phone. One of its key features is zoom in/zoom out up to 10X without loosing any data. This feature makes my GPS application unique among other map applications for phone avaiable in the market. It can search for point, street... as well
Unfortunately, it is not free. I will pack it as a product and sell it. Who would like to buy it?
I would definetly be interested in taking a look at it...
Motorola A1200, 46p Generic firmware, Rogers
I would also be interested. Will it actaully GIVE turn-by-turn directions?
Also, how about developing 46p for us? or maybe even a 47p with some upgrades?![]()
Check this out guys: www.nav4all.com
poolekgh, which java program are reffering to?
Do I need to access google (via GPRS) to use this program?
I am currently looking for a map program that I can use on this phone.
GPS is optional (for now).
Thanks for the help.
