Question about MMS/ receiving pics

So - I just configured my MMS- all the settings you guys provided worked perfectly - However - when I receive a picture messsage - it doesn't show it in the Message - it makes me Download the pic from the server - is there anything I'm missing?

I just want it to display the Pic - with the text under it or what not - without having to accept / DL the attachment. Thanks

This is something that your service provider restricts. Because people have to pay to receive MMS when someone sends you one you have to Accept the download because you are the one paying for it. You will never be able to receive an MMS message like a regualr SMS. You have to hit Accept, which basically means "sure, I will pay :P"

I see what you are saying- but this isn't the case with Cingular in my area. I used to have a Razr before the A1200 and with my plan - I pay by the kilobyte. I used to send and receive MMS with pics included right in teh message. It never asked me if I wanted to download - it would jsut charge me accordingly. That's why I was asking to see if theres a setting or something that will allow the picture to just show up .

Has anyone else had this problem?

...wow, I'm pretty dumb if that's all it was... that box was unchecked... I'm hoping that was it.
