Precanned Template Responses

Is there a way to add and/or change the quick responses that come up when you read a message with the cover closed?

I haven't been able to find it on the interface but I haven't done an extensive directory search yet.

Anybody can save me some time?

go to Compose a new Text message
click on menu on the lower left hand
click on Load > quick text
click on menu again and click either New or Edit
