nopes unless like someone said in a post somewhere, record a sound that has no sound and then set it to that in the options.

This contains the .pkg installer app and the no camara sound app. You need to install the .pkg installer manually, sorry I dont have time to explain how right now. I will post again when I get home from work.

I havent tried the nosound app so I cant guarentee that it works. But from reading the babelfish translation of this site, thats what it does. I don't know if it is reversable. Good luck.

EDIT: okay after looking at this somewhat more, theres another system file in there. I assume that once again we have to replace the .system file, right?

However I have already done this so I can use the Linloader... I wonder if its possible if I only move the file that I do not have as of yet in to the TF. If that will also work. Hmm...

And once I have that in the .system I should then change the .mpkg files into .pkg files and then install it with the MPKG and ofcourse select all files be misused in this way...

Am I right so far?

And I should install the Memext because of the memory issues...

First, go to the Telnet thread and get the Yan0.rar file, in there is an Mpkg_a1200.rar... and in there is a .system folder, Copy the .system/QtDownload/mpkg directory to your QtDownload folder and take the entry from the cardregistry and add it to the end of your current one. You will now have Mpkg in your programs list.

Copy the NoSound.mpg to your card, Open with and choose Mpkg, you will hear a sound.

Now back in your program list you should have an icon that looks like mute and some chinese characters beside it. Click on that then run your camera and no annoying click sound.

I was playing with some other stuff while I was doing this and I rebooted the phone at a couple points so I dont know if you need to do that for the no sound package or not.
