Animated .gif files as wallpaper?

Is there a way to set animated GIF files as wallpaper and actually have them move? When I try to set it as wallpaper, the picture stays on on frame and doesn't move.

It is little configurable although to possess an operational system.

No screensaver? Putz!

well I think that a screensaver is not necessary, once the screen turn off to save battery, unless you want to reduce even more your battery time.
