convert apk to pkg

we know linux never say no for anything
so can convert apk to pkg ?
I think App convert to jar and jar convert to Pkg
Please help For This convert

Well I don't know whether Linux say no or not to anything but
I know that if you want to convert an APK to PKG that is not possible as APK applications are java based means they are written in Java programming Language
and MPKG applications are either written in C/C++ or Shell script

so there is no way to run a Java based app on a platform where there is no support for Java natively

thats why I said that we need to port Android instead of thinking of converting Android apps to MontaVista Linux platform

This reminds me of the old "How to convert SIS to [M]PKG".

And about APK->PKG, in my honest opinion: better re-write the application yourself, or buy a new Android instead to get it running. Porting Android to EZX seems like a nice idea, but the implementation must face certain hardware specification constraints.

FYI, back then PKG->JAR converter's existed on EZX phones, but the JAR contains tarball-like structure which we used to call "LEO"--thus, it won't need Java-related stuff to run.
