[HELP] Keyboard

how can I change a keyboard that is default in a firmware? I'm using Amin's_16R_GREENNEONA__8.24.2009__BETA 3.1.8 and both portuguese keyboard and the ''PTR'' at caligrafy(above ENG) aren't working, is there a way to fix it?
