please give me solution for my net download problem

on my a 1200 i m able to browse , surf,install jar file,screaming videos..
but not able to down load any type of file..
wen i click on save or open, it comes out of browser.
wat should i do???

try changing your firmware if you have done it once

while if you are still on generic track means never flashed your phone then try master clear your phone

NOTE: CREATE BACKUP BEFORE MASTER CLEAR AS IT ERASES ALL DATA
