generic fimrware are those firmwares which are non modde or branded firmware files which has a normal functionality as you had as a new phone

I will suggest you always to use RSD lite this is best flashing software for motorola devices while radiiocomm is for other types of repairing purposes

I Have one more Question to u
i Flash the phon Using the Rsdlite There is a problem When We Select the SBF file to Flash , It is Spilt In More Than 10 to 12 Files Having Ext. CMG File.
So What The Problem , I m Using Rsdlite4.1

there is no problem that is procedure of flashing what the RSD lite uses to flash any phone...

and it is not .CMG file

it is SMG file each code group file is one SMG many SMG combine to form AP and BP of a firmware
