Service control error !

Hello Everybody,

since some weeks, i have a big problem when i turn on my phone.
After the wallpaper Motorola, appear a message :

Service control error !
All applications will be able to request
services and access private data.

After 2 seconds, this message disappears and everything seems normal,
but :
inf act i can not access of many functions, for example in Setup 2 functions are in Grey (non selected) :
Master reset
Master Clear

Somebody knows what this message mean ?
and how i can fix the problem ?
(hope i will no need to reinstall the system data of the phone, because i have a lot of applications but i haven't again files, and more, i don't remember really how i can re install everything...)

i have try many sim cards, i have the same problem all the time...
But if i turn on the phone without sim card, i haven't the message..

Dear friend I know about this problem but to solve this I want to know that you have flashed your phone or not if yes then it is problem with the certificates.

and if you are trying to mod your phone with editing your firmware then do not mod CG37

and if you have these problems after flash then flash CG37 to repair this problem

do not edit CG37 if you are modding your phone I too faced this problems when i tried to edit CG37

No. The problem come with a problem of battery.
this one was dead, and after to connect the adapter to check my phone under the sector, the problem appears for the first time...

no, i have make nothing, i stll with my original firmaware : 06P.

that mean :
- Actually after a problem with my dead battery, I connect the adapter, the problem appears.
- I have buy a new battery, the problem stays on the phone.
- I have try with many different sim cards, the problem is here again...

that all.


After that, i have suppose the flashing mayby will be necessary, but i remember if i flash, i loose all my data and settings (with skins and applications and so on !)
And i don't want to flash my phone actually, if it is possible to fix this problem without of course..

First of all I think in any condition you must try master clear your phone if just master clear to your phone solves the problem then it ok

other wise try flashing CG37 then master clear..

I can only ask to try.. not sure whether it will solve your probem

but if i flash the phone, i loose everything isn't it ?
i don't want loose my setting, skin and applications...

dear friend if you master clear your phone then also you will loose everything as master clear will make your phone like coming out of the box from first time and if you will flash only CG37 then nothing will change but remember only CG37 not any firmware

I have uploaded CG37 as an firmware just flash this to your phone nothing will change your firmware will remain the same just certificates will change...

remember i think you must try master clear before flashing if just master clear solves the problem why to flash
