Problem a1200 bluetooth

hello
i can't send bluetooth
i can search available bluetooth and can recived bluetooth but can't send bluetooth !!
error msg is : Failed send to xxxxxxx
Change Firmware phone to any firmware but bluettooth is failed !!!
please help

Are you sure flashing did not solve your problem?

Try restarting the phone several times.
