| Editing Fingerpad Check the attached files from the fingerpad thread. For the fingerpad to work:
- Copy the fpad folder to the location /ezxlocal
- Copy the mount command from the attached startup script to the one you use as your startup script For modifying the Keypad:
- You need to files, .cfg file and .gif file.
Like eng.cfg and eng.gif
- Gif file for the characters to appear on the fingerpad
And CFG file for the actual program
- And the reference of that language e.g. eng for english in the file load.cfg to give the indication for the language present and the order
First make a copy of a language files, rename it to your new language name,e.g gr for greek.
And then start modifying the files.
For the image you'll have to edit it so that the user giving the input should understand
For the CFG file, change the [Strings] section.
Replace the english characters with the greek characters.
First do all these and check where do you reach.

| Yes, like Spidey said, with fingerpad we are now able to add our own keyboard with symbols/letters we need! I'm yet to do this for my personal needs - hopefully I get time tomorrow. Then I'm going to create an 'extended' keyboard for letters with accenuation (??). User Information Current Phone: Motorola E398,

| Ok, thanks a lot Casper and Spidey for our work
I'm very happy regarding new fingerpad, but I thinks like rachit2588 ask, thath may be very useful know like add a new kwyboard in a firmware, so we can write sms (with itap) with standard keyboard and handwriting or write sms with new fingerpad (3 options). | For what it's worth, I've customized FingerPad to my needs (so now Fingerpad has English & Greek keyboards). I got plans to make buttons a little wider so that typing's even easier. Please comment and tell me if you'd like me to do that

| @michaeldomingo: Yes, an app can be made to easily replace the files in the folder /ezxlocal.
