Thanks to luiz from Brazil who uploaded files from his spanish firmware! Now I could add spanish, portuguese and french languge to other firmware.
It works incl. spanish VR (I can't test VR that good because I don't speak spanish but if I press the button I hear a spanish voice). VR also works with portuguese and english (I don't use it anyway).
Works now like it should! Only one firmware for english, french, portuguese and spanish keyboard! Download links are updated
There is an additianal layout, accessable by taping the "äü" key, with special latin letters. This is because now keyboard is changed from "English-CN keyboard" to "English EMEA keyboard". This is a multilingual keyboard
NOTE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A1200i MULTILINGUAL FIRMWARE PREINSTALLED:
DO NOT FLASH WITH THIS AS AN "UPDATE" YOUR PHONE WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS!! AND YOU CAN NOT GET BACK YOUR OLD FW WITHOUT CARRYING YOUR PHONE TO MOTOROLA SERVICE!!
Your fw is the newer one anyway, so this would not be an update really even if it worked.
edit: You can use the bint's 24xp version. But remember: you can not return to original fw after flashing!!
A1200R owners with FIRMWARE 25P of course are not able to use these 46p/08p/59p versions also! 24xp should work but try at your own risk! Remember 25p also is not available! New files, both support english, french, portuguese and spanish keyboard (and GUI as older ones)
note: after changing keyboard in setup>inputmethods phone needs to be restarted to show new keyboard!

08p has a little bug that occures even in unmodded firmware: If language setting is on "automatic" and SIM language is other than english, a nonworking "Turkish Board" is shown. Select your desired language in setup and restart phone.
I can't do anything about it.

with L4_EMEA language pack. I did some debranding, changed ugly CM icons and skins to those from 08p, deleted some chinese stuff and of course exchanged language
Main changes are:
- -DST update
-camera with "silent" option from 30p (video resolution as 24p cam)
-application manager from 30p allowing multitasking with java apps
-reintegrated files from bint (binaries in /bin incl. bash2) that where missing in former version
-3 of 7 folders in "My Favorites" are deletable now
VR and talking phone work like in former version I was not able to fix the issue with span/port talking phone not reading incoming messages (reads messages written on the phone only)
Maybe this is on original 04FR also as this happens even using the app folder from this fw. English talking phone does read incoming messages.
There is 24xp C2 version for those who are stuck to C2 track already or who don't mind beeing stuck, and a hybrid version for people who don't want to be stuck to C2 track.
The hybrid has nonworking call divert setting and most likely shorter battery life. Its like an update for 59xpV2 user

30xp-oent debranded and with L4 EMEA language: 30p-c2_oent_emea_l4_00_mis.rar
This is from C2 track so
after flashing you cannot go back to other than 30p or 24p. Phones with 24p/25p can be flashed with this! A1200i should work also (works with C2-24p so why not with C2-30p) but I couldn't verify yet.
Advantages to 24p: Better camera with "silent" mode, can run more than one java app simultanously
A little problem appears with VR: It works only in english
the software seems to be updated and the spanish/portuguese language files don't work with the new version. Sorry, but I can't do anything with this (only wait for updated L4 fw).
I removed win xp startup and win mobile skin (people who like win mobile can buy an iPaq or install whatever skin they want
), put in blue moto skin, made dark skin default (sorry, but you can change to your favorite), changed icons from CM to animated Moto, changed ringtones to english, edited bootup.cfg to make usage of startup.txt script possible (allowing DST update), made 3 of 7 folders in "My Favorits" (is now "Phone") deletable, changed default usb setting to modem (so RSDLite can recognize it at first boot)...
Also I found a solution for apps that are useless for some people and usefull for other:
Posted here is a set of scripts that delete the entries in user menu registry just tap on the file (eg. remove_BarcodeReader.sh) wait a little and restart the phone. The app will not be deleted but no icon is shown in menu anymore.
I didn't find a way to recover single apps, maybe someone who is better with linux commands can find one, until then only all apps can be recovered either with a phone reset or resetting the menu file with a script that is in this package too

DST update (daylightsaving time for US/Can) is not included
update 2007/05/18: download the script "dst_update.rar", copy all files on root of TF, execute "DSTupdate.sh", restart phone and change settings in worlclock app at least one time to force the app reading data. This replaces ezx_boot.cfg, copies ezx_dst.cfg to the phone. On every bootup the file will be mounted to the worldclock folder (see underneeth the pictures)
This should work also for any other bint firmware
