Check the little macro switch on top of your camera, your pics are probably out of focus because it's set to the wrong mode as the MING takes great pictures.....

check your call setup to see if "flip answer" box is checked, i'd bet it probably isnt which is why your not getting connected, you probably hit a few buttons while saying "hello, hello" which answers the call
goto dialpad--->menu(bottom left)--->setup and check flip answer
