I use skin installer an it works i just have to installl twice for it to work an the letters are really dark ill try to edit the .pskn to fix these problems.

It all depends on what firmware you have an if it runs startup1.txt you will need to find the specs on your phone an check,but here is the link Startup folder - MotorolaFans.com Forums
