awesome, works great!!!!!!1 just extract the folders under /data from StratagusQVGA.rar into /mmc/mmca1/games/data/wargus-2.1 (have to create wargus-2.1) (there 6 directories campaigns, graphics, etc.).
Rename wargus_2.1_090508.tar.gz to wargus_2.1_090508.pkg and install.
Takes like 20 seconds to load up.
