I've been looking around all over for over a month, for an internet radio player that works on the A1200, and is free.

I've found some free versions, and some demo versions that cost money, but most only worked when the felt like it.

I've just found this one...

Virtualradio

And so far... it seems to work very well with my FW on my A1200 with EDGE,

Downloading it was a bit tricky, (you have to go to a link on your phone to download, and it gets slightly confusing) and I somehow ended up with 2 entries in my apps list with different icons... one was a link to download the app, the other one was the actual app.
(don't know why that happened, but I deleted the non-working one)

But its a really great player, that has loads of stations to access, and compared to a lot I've tried... plays pretty constantly without skipping or rebuffering.

(some players I've tried even went as far as just quitting 20 seconds after playing a station!)

A couple things to note... it's NOT touchscreen friendly, and you need to use the joystick.
And while the player is playing a station... the buttons on the player respond VERY slowly... but DO respond.

But overall as far as playing the stations well...
it's about the best I've found so far.
(And I've tested lots of them on the A1200!)

Datz a keeper!

It's a pretty cool player, that has some of my favorite interent radio stations
(namely SOMA)

And it plays fairly consistantly and constantly
It's about the best that i've tried so far.

I don't think you can add stations right now, and I agree... that would be sweet!

But it does have a crapload of stations to choose from compared to a lot I've tried, it plays fairly strong and consistantly compared to most... and it's free.

And I believe their still working on it...
so who knows.

Maybe down the road they'll make it so you can add your own.
Their based out of Switzerland, and I wrote them to thank them... and ended up writng back & forth to one of the developers there about it.

I'll write them and suggest that.
