When i install a skin using skin installer and use this app to restart, phone doesn't restart at all. While previous restart app that i had , use to restart it. Do you have the same issue ?

i'm running themes installed with skin installer and both restart and shutdown work fine.... there is a delay of a few seconds between selecting restart and phone actually restarting....just long enough to wonder if it's working and then the sequence begins....
