I compiled the tinyproxy (
http://tinyproxy.sourceforge.net/) for A1200, with it, I can connect to internet by usbnet from my PC use the A1200's GPRS connection.
Overview
This app is useful for this who want to use the phone as a GPRS modem, and don't know how to make A1200 as a GPRS modem. with this tools, you do not need to install software on your PC.
Use tinyproxy, you can connect your computer to the phone by USBNET( so, usbnet is needed), then just launch tinyproxy, set the phone's usbnet IP address (eg: 192.168.1.2/192.168.16.6 etc) and port defined in the config file (default: 888

as your browser proxy. Then you can access internet.
How to Install:
uncompress the package to the root of your card, edit the config file ( /mmc/mmca1/tp/tp.conf ) ,then run tp.sh to launch tinyproxy ( either with linloader or ekonsole etc.).
For china mobile user who use CMWAP: uncomment the following line in the config file:
Upstream 10.0.0.172:80 How to use:
1. connect your PC to phone by usbnet. Set proxy for your browser (Firefox or M$ IE).
2. launch tinyproxy on your phone.
3. launch the browser on your phone ( This is need to make a GPRS connection.)
