Latest version is V 3.2.25. See near bottom of thread for file.
Those who read my last post on
Anyview V3.1.9 know that Anyview is a great ebook reader - but did not handle word parsing very well - words were broken in random places at the end of lines.
For the past 2 weeks I have been working with zhangjian (the developer in China) and he has now fixed this issue (By "working" I mean he did all the coding and I did a little bit of testing!!

)
Attached is the latest version of Anyview 3.1.16
which handles word parsing perfectly (see screen shots). The menus are all in English and we have added an English Help text. It is still a beta version - but I can not find any bugs with it. With this latest release, I am awarding Anyview the
"best ebook reader for the A1200" position!
Features
• It can read files of type TXT
* , HTML, PDB and UMD comic format as well as display gif and jpg files.
• Can handle UTF-8, GB2312 and Unicode - so can display Spanish and other language texts.
• Fully touch screen enabled
• Very fast and responsive
• Can open files directly from your phone - no need to add text file into jar file (as you have to do with Tequilacat & other ebook readers)
• Has great page turning capability - you touch page for page scroll and use joystick for line scroll. You can also turn on automatic scroll.
• Has Search, Jump to and bookmark features - everything you would expect of an ebook reader.
• Has fullscreen mode. Click on joystick to toggle between the two.
• It supports reading directly from ZIP files - so your ebooks can take up less space on your phone.
NEW
• Provides flexible customization capabilities with more than 50 user-customizable settings such as font size, colors, screen layout, etc.
* Viewer can also view these files, but is very tiring to use Viewer as an ebook reader as has poor page turning.
How to Install AnyView Uninstall any current version of Anyview first - or else install will fail!- Download the zip file and unzip to get Fairy.jar file
- Copy to your SD card and install to SD card
- Edit permissions in registry file to permit it to read files or run Java Hacker app to do same thing. (See "Guide to Modding" sticky if you do not know what I am talking about!)
- After that don't forget to hold the stylus on the app's icon until popup menu appears and do Manage-->Permissions and click on OK to force the permission change to take effect.
- The first time you run it it will ask what phone you are on. Make sure you select "Moto E6/A1200" then Load.
- It will then display a screen with the option of setting the System Path location. This is a folder where it will write any "page snapshots" that you can create within the program (under Edit option). It will also look in this folder for any font files to use (you are able to create font files to change the default Anyview font). Setting this path is optional. You only need to set this once when you start Anyview for the first time. (I made mine SD/My Docs/Anyview). Thats it - you can now open files and read them!
